Despite a <strong>3% QoQ<\/strong> decline, this achievement represents a <strong>120% YoY<\/strong> jump. This extraordinary performance makes total <strong><em>marketing sales<\/em><\/strong> for 2024 reach <strong>6.01 trillion rupiah<\/strong>, equivalent to <strong>100.3% of the target<\/strong> set at the level of 6 trillion rupiah.<\/p>\n<h2>Contribution of Diverse Segments<\/h2>\n<p>Of course, these numbers don&#8217;t come without effort. The land plot segment turned out to be the main pillar with a contribution <em>of 48%<\/em> of total <em>marketing sales<\/em> in 2024. Not only that, the residential segment managed to achieve <strong>33%,<\/strong> followed by the commercial segment with <strong>19%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;re curious, how did PANI achieve this amazing result? One of the key factors is PANI&#8217;s subsidiary, <strong><em>Bangun Kosambi Sukses<\/em><\/strong> (CBDK), which managed to record a contribution <strong>of 504 billion rupiah<\/strong> in the fourth quarter of 2024, up <strong>16% QoQ<\/strong>. During this year, CBDK&#8217;s <em>marketing sales<\/em> reached <strong>2.1 trillion rupiah<\/strong>, although there was a <strong>decrease of 6% YoY<\/strong>, equivalent to <strong>82% of the target of 2.6 trillion rupiah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Approaching Obstacles<\/h2>\n<p>Nevertheless, PANI acknowledged that there were challenges affecting the performance of CBDK, especially in the residential segment which experienced a significant decline, namely <strong>-21% YoY<\/strong>, and the commercial segment which was eroded by <strong>-69% YoY<\/strong>. This situation is largely triggered by uncertainty related to the <em>12% VAT<\/em> policy and the slow decline in mortgage interest rates. Will new strategies be implemented to address this?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\">On a very positive note, PANI has shown resilience and readiness to continue to adapt in a dynamic market.
