In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), they have approved a proposal to replace the board of directors and commissioners of this one bank. Who is in the spotlight? Of course, <strong>Putrama Wahju Setyawan<\/strong> officially replaced Royke Tumilaar as President Director. Not only that, <strong>Alexandra Askandar<\/strong> was also promoted as the new Deputy President Director, who previously served at Bank Mandiri ($BMRI).<\/p>\n<p>But that&#8217;s not all interesting information for shareholders. The AGMS also approved the distribution of dividends for the 2024 financial year which reached <strong>around 14 trillion rupiah<\/strong> or approximately <strong>374 rupiah per share<\/strong>. Yes, you read that right! This means that <strong><em>the dividend yield<\/em><\/strong> reached 8.8% as of March 26. This figure is encouraging, especially when we compare it to last year.<\/p>\n<h2>Impressive Dividend Distribution<\/h2>\n<p>What makes this dividend so special? The amount distributed makes up about <strong>65%<\/strong> of the <em>dividend payout ratio<\/em>, much higher than the 50% that occurred in 2023. It also marks the highest <em>dividend payout ratio<\/em> in the company&#8217;s history. In fact, the previous management only provided guidance in the range of 50-60%. So, how do you feel about this decision? Happy with this good news?<\/p>\n<h2>When will dividends be paid?<\/h2>\n<p>Indeed, there is still one puzzle that shareholders need to answer: when is the <em>date<\/em> and the dividend payment date? Meanwhile, all eyes are now on BBNI&#8217;s new steps under Putrama&#8217;s leadership.
