Adira Finance and Kemenparekraf RI Run Local Creative Festival 2022

PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk (Adira Finance) in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and The Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenparekraf RI) run the Local Creative Festival (FKL) for the third time.

“With a strong synergy between the two parties, there is great hope that the tourism destination ecosystem and the creative economy can recover from the impact of the pandemic and move on,” said Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno in a press statement on Saturday (13/8/2022).

With the theme “Driving Friendly Tourist Village”, the 2022 Local Creative Festival will be held in five Tourism Villages in Java and Bali, from August to November 2022.

The five villages are Saung Ciburial Village, Garut Regency, West Java, Karanganyar Village, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, Rejowinangun Village, Yogyakarta City, DI Yogyakarta, Sanankerto Village, Malang Regency, East Java and Carangsari Village, Badung Regency, Bali.

The 2022 Local Creative Festival is Adira Finance’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program for Indonesia under the Sahabat Local pillar which focuses on developing tourism, culture, local wisdom, and empowering MSMEs in Indonesia.

This year is the third year that the Local Creative Festival is being held which is marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which regulates the Collaborative Development of Tourism Destinations and the Creative Economy which will take place over the next five years.

On the same occasion, Adira Finance President Director Dewa Made Susila said, the Local Creative Festival is a concept that departs from our great desire to help the Indonesian economy from the tourism sector and the creative economy, especially the MSME segment.

This is in line with the vision of Creating Shared Value to Improve Welfare, as well as strengthening the existence of Adira Finance as a company that provides financial solutions according to the needs of all Indonesian people.

“So to make this goal a success, we see it necessary to continue to establish strategic cooperation with the government through the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy,” said Dewa Made Susila.

As part of a series of activities for Adira Finance’s 32nd Anniversary which will fall on November 13, the 2022 Local Creative Festival supports the sustainability of the development of tourist villages which are part of the 50 Best Tourism Villages in the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award (ADWI) to become Driving-Friendly Tourism Villages.

The 2022 Local Creative Festival series of activities consists of several activities which include; Creative Tourism Village, which is a development program for local SMEs to be able to create Driving Friendly Tourism Village tour packages that can be sold and have selling value.
