Bank Muamalat's IDEAL Culture Implementation Awarded the 2022 HC Award


PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk won the Indonesia Human Capital Award VIII 2022. Bank Muamalat President Director Achmad K. Permana was appointed as The Best President Director Commitment to Human Capital. Meanwhile, Bank Muamalat occupies the third position in The Best Human Capital for the commercial bank category.

The award given by Economic Review Magazine was recently attended by the President Director of Bank Muamalat Achmad K. Permana and the Chief Human Capital Officer of Bank Muamalat Riksa Prakoso. On this occasion, Permana said that the proper implementation of the Islamic, Modern and Professional (IDEAL) culture applied by Bank Muamalat is the main key to the success of the company's business transformation which is currently underway.

“I believe that banking business is all about people business. Therefore, the right people strategy is the key to face organizational dynamics in the VUCA era ( Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity ). We are committed to continuing this strategy to improve the quality of Bank Muamalat's human resources," said Permana.

The IDEAL culture is the uniqueness of Bank Muamalat which distinguishes this pioneer of Islamic banking from other banks. Islamic means Insan Muamalat is a human being who has integrity and shows morality in his daily behavior. Modern means humans who always follow the times, but still pay attention to their suitability with Islamic values.

In this award, Bank Muamalat received a score of 92.2 with the title of Very Perfect for several criteria, including business impact, corporate culture, and employee engagement . This award aims to motivate the company as well as an indicator of the organization's success in improving the quality of human resources.
