Complete File, AKBP Dody et al Give Strong Reasons to LPSK to Become JC

Three suspects in the drug trafficking case, namely AKBP Dody Prawiranegara, Linda Pujiastuti, and Samsul Maarif, have completed the case file for filing as a Justice Collaborator (JC) to the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). The legal team has even held a meeting with LPSK.

"The file was received and will be further reviewed by LPSK," said the third lawyer, Adriel Viari Purba to reporters, Friday (28/10).

The LPSK stated to the legal counsel to immediately meet the suspects in the context of the assessment. Therefore, the attorney hopes that the application as a JC is accepted by LPSK. "We have given strong reasons so that Dody and our other clients can be accepted as JC," said Adriel.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya had raised the legal status of the perpetrators of drug sales involving Inspector General of Police Teddy Minahasa. All of them are now suspects, both civilians and members of the police.
