Livoli Final: BIN's daughter wins, beats Bharata Muda Jakarta
The women's volleyball team from the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) won the Indonesian Volleyball League (Livoli) Division I, at Gor Debes, Tabanan Regency, Bali. The BIN women's volleyball team defeated Bharata Muda Jakarta with a score of 3-1 (25-17, 23-25, 25-19, 25-20).
The head of BIN, General Pol (Ret.) Budi Gunawan, who was present to see the match, said he was proud of the achievements of the BIN women's volleyball team. According to him, BIN athletes have good talent so they can win this event.
"We are all grateful and proud because the BIN women's team has been able to win Livoli Division I," said General Pol (Ret.) Budi Gunawan, at Gor Debes, Tabanan, Bali, Sunday (2/9).
According to Budi, the athletes have indeed been prepared to take part in this competition. Meanwhile, the training of the athletes has been centered into one, so as to provide the best results.
"Indeed, we have prepared athletes who have good talents at the State Intelligence College (STIN) and BIN. Then we concentrated the training into one, because it was good, it started from the Livoli Division I event," he explained.
Budi Gunawan also targets the BIN women's volleyball team to perform optimally in the Premier Division and Proliga League. Budi hopes that this team will strive to the maximum.
“Our target going forward is to automatically enter the premier division championship which is the highest caste from Livoli. So I ask the athletes to prepare them for the premier division and Proliga championships," explained Budi Gunawan.
Finally, Budi thanked the supporters who had participated in the match. Budi also hopes that the athletes will be able to contribute to the name of the nation in the future.
“Hopefully the athletes from BIN will be able to contribute and make the nation proud in future international events. Now we will focus on training for the next events," he concluded.
The Livoli Division I 2022 is a national volleyball club championship, where Tabanan is the host. This event takes place from September 25 to October 2, 2022. A total of 42 volleyball clubs participated in this event, including 23 men's volleyball clubs and 19 women's volleyball clubs.
