๐ PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua (PANI) has recorded an impressive achievement with marketing sales of 1.34 trillion rupiah in the fourth quarter of 2024. Despite a 3% QoQ decline, this achievement represents a 120% YoY jump. This extraordinary performance makes total marketing sales for 2024 reach 6.01 trillion rupiah, equivalent to 100.3% of the target set at the level of 6 trillion rupiah.
Contribution of Diverse Segments
Of course, these numbers don’t come without effort. The land plot segment turned out to be the main pillar with a contribution of 48% of total marketing sales in 2024. Not only that, the residential segment managed to achieve 33%, followed by the commercial segment with 19%.
I’m sure you’re curious, how did PANI achieve this amazing result? One of the key factors is PANI’s subsidiary, Bangun Kosambi Sukses (CBDK), which managed to record a contribution of 504 billion rupiah in the fourth quarter of 2024, up 16% QoQ. During this year, CBDK’s marketing sales reached 2.1 trillion rupiah, although there was a decrease of 6% YoY, equivalent to 82% of the target of 2.6 trillion rupiah.
Approaching Obstacles
Nevertheless, PANI acknowledged that there were challenges affecting the performance of CBDK, especially in the residential segment which experienced a significant decline, namely -21% YoY, and the commercial segment which was eroded by -69% YoY. This situation is largely triggered by uncertainty related to the 12% VAT policy and the slow decline in mortgage interest rates. Will new strategies be implemented to address this?
